I use ground white and pink peppercorns in the flour mix to give a peppery flavor that’s milder than if the pepper were black. I received a review copy of this cookbook from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Einat Admony is the chef-owner of two NYC restaurants - Balaboosta and Taïm (a falafel/smoothie vegetarian place!).

While you might expect this cookbook to be a companion book to the restaurant of the same name, it really isn't, except for one chapter called "Fancy-Schmancy," which features recipes from 4/5.

The book takes you deeper into this trending cuisine, through the combined expertise of the authors, chef Einat Admony of Balaboosta and food writer Janna Gur. Meet Einat “Shuk is the kind of cookbook you have to tear yourself away from-direct, Balaboosta book, bursting with color and flavor.
